Young Living Melissa Harvest

The Melissa Harvest will be held for 2 weeks

1st week:  July 5-11, 2011          2nd week: July 11-17, 2011

Please select the week that works best with your schedule when you register.

Event Details:                                                                                               

  • Participants must be at least 16 years old, in good physical condition and be able to lift 50 lbs. 
  • Participants will be seeding, harvesting and distilling the plants that create our world-famous essential oils. 
  • Learn from Gary in the evenings as he shares his personal travels and the science of essential oils.

Accommodations:(please select when you register)                                                                  

TENTS - YL will provide tents

RV HOOKUPS - 10 RV sites are available. These will be assigned on a first come, first-served basis.

CABINS - 2 cabins are available. (Cabins have beds only)  One cabin can sleep 2 people and the               other cabin can sleep 4 people.  These will be assigned on a first come, first-served basis.

HOTEL - The Pines Motel, 1117 Main Street, St. Maries, ID  208-245-2545

(If you choose to stay in the motel you will be responsible to make your reservations, pay for your room and arrange & pay for transportation to the farm and back each day.)

Travel Information:                                                                                                                

Attendees will be responsible for their own transportation to & from the event.  Please indicate on the registration form if you are flying or driving. 

If you are flying please send your itinerary by June 24, 2011.

***Fly into Spokane, Washington Airport***

Air Arrivalsmust be before 1pm

Air Departuresmust be after 11am

Complimentary Shuttle Service for Air travelers provided by Young Living

     Arriving attendees:  July 5 & July 11, pick up at 2pm from the Ramada Inn Spokane Airport

     Departing attendees: July 11 & July 17, depart camp at 9am for 11am drop off at airport

Please make your flight arrangements to accommodate these shuttle times.  If you miss these shuttle times for any reason you will need to make and pay for your own transportation to and/or from the farm.

  • Young Living will provide 3 meals per day.  Fruit and water will be available throughout the day.  You are also welcome to bring your own snacks.
  • There are restroom facilities, shower facilities, washer/dryer and electricity onsite.
  • ATV's & bicycles will be available to check out during leisure time. 
  • Wagon rides  
  • White water rafting - at the end of the week, Gary will lead the group on a white water rafting trip down the St. Joe River.  The run is a 17-mile remote backcountry run through one of the most scenic stretches of the St. Joe watershed.
